Where are QR code payments accepted with Pay with ME?
Vending machines and locations where mobile payment is possible are marked with a Pay with ME sticker. These include:
- Snack, drink, and coffee vending machines
- Electric charging stations
- Shops/restaurants
- Taxis
- Markets and stalls
- Snack boxes
- Laundromats
- Cigarette vending machines
Which payment methods are available?
The current version of the app currently allows you to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pay by Mobile Bill, or Twint (only in Switzerland). A completely new payment method is IBAN. This is a so-called account-to-account payment (from account to account). This allows you to pay directly from your account, and the amount is immediately deposited into the merchant's account.
Can I tip through the app?
With Pay with ME you have the option to add a tip (5%, 10% or 20%) to the amount to be paid.
How does Pay with ME work?
You can view all your past mobile payments with Pay with ME in the transaction overview directly in the app.
Is my data safe?
DATA PROTECTION is a top priority for us!
You don't need to register to use the app, and no personal data is stored. Pay with ME is anonymous, and all payments are encrypted.
I haven't received my goods. How can I cancel a payment?
We have implemented a feature that detects when goods have not been dispensed. Please send us the email that appears on your display in such a case, and we will take care of the rest.
